“Karoshi vertelt het verhaal van Lucas Rêves, een automonteur die vastgeroest zit in zijn beroep als automonteur. Lucas is gefascineerd met chirurgie, maar heeft nooit de kans gehad om zichzelf erin te specialiseren. Wanneer er op een dag een mysterieus figuur genaamd Gregoire een vrouw aanrijdt voor zijn zaak, krijgt Lucas de kans om zijn droom waar te maken.“
